All sessions or any sessions can be done face-to-face, over the phone, or via walking (call for details.)

• 1 trial session: a 45 min- 1 hour complimentary 'get-to-know-you' session
• Individual sessions- one session at a time.
• Package of 3 sessions- 3 session in one month with unlimited email and phone contact when needed.
• Package of 8 sessions- 8 sessions in 2.5 months with unlimited email and phone contact when needed.
• Package of 12 sessions- 12 sessions in 4 months with unlimited email and phone contact when needed.
